About Trek

The Har Ki Dun Trek is one of the oldest and most culturally rich trekking routes in the Indian Himalayas. Located in the Govind Pashu Vihar region of Uttarakhand, the trek follows an ancient trail believed to have been used by local communities for centuries.

Often referred to as the "Valley of Gods," Har Ki Dun combines spectacular mountain scenery with traditional Himalayan villages, dense forests, alpine meadows, river valleys, and a deep connection to local mythology.

Unlike many summit-focused treks, Har Ki Dun is celebrated for its scenic valley setting and cultural experiences. The trail remains one of the most rewarding journeys for trekkers interested in both nature and Himalayan heritage.
